How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your WaifuCash account using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Self-Service (In-App / Website)
- Log in to your WaifuCash account by connecting your Phantom wallet
- Visit this page (waifucash.com/delete-account) while logged in
- Type DELETE to confirm and click the delete button
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and data deletion will begin
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@waifucash.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and include your wallet address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
- Personal information: Username, display name, wallet association, Telegram ID, phone number
- Push notification tokens and device registrations
- Chat messages and saved character preferences
- Active quests and staking positions (cancelled)
- Verification data: Telegram verification tokens and captchas
- Engagement profiles and delivery logs
What Data Is Retained
- Anonymized transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, burns) - retained for up to 90 days for financial audit and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted
- Blockchain transactions - recorded on the Solana public ledger and cannot be deleted by anyone
- Anonymized audit log entry - a record that the deletion occurred, with no personal data attached
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining WAIFU token balance (wrapped, bonus, or staked) will be forfeited. Make sure to withdraw your tokens before deleting your account.
